governance
The Probe Companies are committed to conducting business globally with the highest ethical standards and practices.
Core Values & Culture
We believe that a successful commercial organization is built upon solid foundations of core skills, coupled with a drive to continuously improve based on stakeholder needs. We respect all our stakeholders—customers, owners, employees, and suppliers—and understand that only by meeting and exceeding the expectations of all stakeholders can our goals be achieved.
Probe’s culture is based upon three fundamental tenets:
Ingenuity – There is always a better way. We are not constrained with a legacy product line and working practices. Our ingenuity and application engineering enable us to produce reliable tools and systems that surpass the performance of yesterday’s tools.
Modularity – The foundations of great products lie in a modular approach to building them. With solid modular components, we are able to rapidly accelerate product development, while ensuring that the integrity and reliability of our tools is not compromised.
Teamwork – To deliver the reliable tools that we are recognized for, we successfully work as a team across multiple disciplines. From electrical and mechanical engineering, to nuclear modeling; from manufacturing, to core business administration, we all understand that everyone is part of the team.
Quality Policy
Probe maintains its position as a leading provider of innovative specialized modular downhole tools and systems by serving our customers with superior products that are reliable and provide solutions to meet our customers’ needs. We achieve this goal by having an organizational culture focused on ingenuity and continuous improvement, using key metrics and supported by a Quality Management System.
Commitment to Health, Safety, Security, and the Environment
Probe is committed to achieving health, safety, security, and environmental excellence in all of our business practices and operations globally. We strive to comply with all applicable laws and codes of practice and to go beyond compliance whenever possible. We strive to ensure that our suppliers and contractors do likewise. Together, we work to create an environment for an incident-free workplace for all of our employees, customers, and suppliers.
