In late 2009 Probe expanded its capability with the acquisition of Kuster Company based in Long Beach California. The combination of Probe and Kuster provides a successful platform for the expansion of Probe's product lines into the international markets in which Kuster has an established market niche. In addition Kusters' experience and long track record regarding downhole tools used for monitoring oil and gas production will enable rapid commercialization of Probes new Production Logging suite of wireline tools.

Probe Holdings now has the responsibility for the growth of both organizations, Probe Technology and Kuster Company. The Management of Probe Holdings consists of :
