Product Line General Manager - Ft Worth, TX

Probe Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Product Line General Manager to work in Fort Worth, Texas to provide technical support to clients. Write maintenance, operation and training manuals and give training classes to our clients on how to maintain and operate our tools. Conduct training seminars to promote the company's products and services. Participate in field tests for new products and supports clients in the introduction of new products, including but not limited to, factory acceptance tests, field evaluations, training and providing technical support during both field tests and commercial introductions for the product. Coordinate product evolution with Sustaining Engineering to ensure effective and efficient transition of products through the commercialization process. Work closely with Operations Support team within all the domains of the assigned product to maintain the highest possible service level. Maintain relationships with sales personnel and local managers to bridge the gap between the field concerns for products with the engineering & innovation team.

REQUIREMENTS:  The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience with Wireline Cased Hole Operational & Field Logging experience with international and national exposure. Employer will accept a single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas, and experience as determined by a professional evaluation service to be equivalent to a U.S. degree.  25% international and domestic travel is required.
