Description
The MLT enables use of all Hunter logging tools¹ without the use of an electric line cable. Tool string power is derived from a suitable battery pack housed in a MBS (Memory Battery Sub). The MLT is programmed with the sensor sample rate and period duration for all required acquisition periods. Sample rates are variable.
The MLT002 has an onboard Real Time Clock.
All operations are performed within Warrior Cased Hole and no other programs are required. The tool is programmed/downloaded via USB and no interface box is required.
Recorded tool data is stored in non volatile memory and downloaded directly to the Warrior database. Time data is recorded and subsequently retrieved from the Depth Logging System; the two data sets are then combined using software routines within Warrior Cased Hole Logging software.
Plug in electronics are used throughout enabling local upgrade and repair.
